Lost your key, or run out of computers
Use the address you bought with. If you are not sure which one that was, look in your inbox for the receipt, which comes from Dodo Payments rather than from us.
Whichever button you press, the reply comes by email. It can take a minute or two to arrive and may land in spam. Give it a few minutes before trying again, because asking twice in quick succession will not send a second one, and this page will tell you the same thing either way.
Neither your keys nor your machine list appear here. Both are emailed, because receiving the email is what proves the address is yours. It is the same reason a trial code is emailed rather than shown on screen.
Bought with an address you no longer have? Email info@fboxaudio.com and we will sort it out.
Email my keys. Sends your licence keys to that address. If you have several, they all come in one email. Open the plugin, choose Enter Licence Key on the activation screen, and paste one in.
Manage my computers. Sends a link to a page listing the computers using your licences, where you can remove one you no longer use and free up a slot. Each licence covers three computers. The link lasts one hour.
Your licence key does not change, whichever of these you do. If you have been running a trial, entering a key just stops it expiring, and every setting and saved unit stays where it is.
