Prices, tax and currency. Prices are shown in GBP and exclude VAT. Tax is added at checkout according to where you are, and is collected and paid to your government by Dodo Payments. The total you will be charged, including tax and in the currency you will be charged in, is shown at checkout before you confirm.
What appears on your bank statement. Your payment is handled by Dodo Payments, who act as the Merchant of Record. Their name, not fBox Audio, is what appears on your statement. Depending on your bank it may read DODOPAY rather than Dodo Payments in full, so look for either rather than for us. If you do not recognise a charge, they explain it on their own page.
How many computers? Every licence covers three computers you use yourself, and a bundle key covers three however many plugins it unlocks. If you run out of slots or replace a machine, you can see which computers are using your licences and remove one from the manage your licence page.
Lost your licence key? Have it emailed to you again from the manage your licence page. Use the address you bought with.
Refunds. Because every plugin has a free 14-day trial, purchases are final once a licence key has been issued. Refunds are handled by Dodo Payments under their own policy as merchant of record. If the software is faulty, or does not do what its product page says it does, email info@fboxaudio.com and we will get it working. Your statutory rights are unaffected and are set out in full in our terms.
